The self-adhesive label consists of four parts: facestock, adhesive, liner, and ink.
(1) Common facestock
1. Coated paper labels are widely used in supermarkets, inventory management, clothing tags, and industrial production lines. They are suitable for semi-glossy color printing in promotions and industry. Typical uses include cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and food labels. They can be attached to the flat and simply curved surfaces of most substrates, including cardboard and plastic film.
2. Synthetic paper labels: The synthetic paper label products provided by Jinya are widely suitable for color label printing and high-quality labels, such as those for cosmetics, personal hygiene products, and other daily chemicals. They are also suitable for applications that require a certain degree of durability and moisture-proofing, such as gasoline barrel labels and home appliance product labels. It has the following characteristics: waterproof, oil-proof, mildew-proof, acid and alkali resistant, friction resistant, and low temperature resistant.
3. PET label: Labels made of PET polymer as the raw material. Common colors are the following: matte silver, bright white, and matt white. It has good antifouling, antiscratch, high-temperature resistance, and other properties. It is widely used in a variety of special occasions, such as cell phone batteries, computer monitors, electronic components, and other equipment that generate high heat during operation. In addition, PET paper has good natural degradability.
(2) Conventional glue
Adhesives can generally be divided into two categories: permanent adhesives and removable adhesives.
1. Permanent adhesive: commonly used for indirect contact labels of food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and other products.
2. Removable adhesive: commonly used on stainless steel, glass, and high-density polyethylene standard substrates and can be reused.
(3) Conventional liner
1. Glassine backing paper: high-temperature resistant, moisture-proof, oil-proof, suitable for most self-adhesive labels.
2. PET backing paper: high temperature resistant, moisture-proof, oil-proof, and dust-free, mainly used in self-adhesive labels in environments with dust-free requirements.
(4) Conventional Ink
It can be divided into three major categories: water-based label ink, solvent-based label ink, and UV label ink.
Remarks: Jinya will recommend appropriate labels based on your requirements, such as the condition of the surface to be labeled, labeling method, labeling environment, labeling size, product use, and storage conditions.
