Although the label has a certain ability to resist moisture, but not recommended to be used in water immersion or stored in a humid environment for a long time. After the label is printed, it should not be placed in a place that is easily contaminated with animal and vegetable oils or chemical substances, so as to prevent the barcode from being unscannable.

Printing Methods of Custom Thermal Labels PDT70A1-B58HM

It can be used for most traditional printing, due to the thermal nature of the product, processing environments above 50°C should be avoided. The ink containing alcohol or volatile organic solvent may damage the thermal layer. It is recommended to use the original ink without any additives for processing and printing as much as possible. For spot color inks or inks with additives, it is recommended to test the inks before printing.

Shelf life

12 months, applicable only to the material delivered by Jinya which has not undergone further processing, under the following STORAGE CONDITIONS:

This material must be stored at a temperature of 23±2ºC and 50±5% of Relative Humidity.
Storage area must be dry and clean.
Keep the material in the original packaging when not used in order to protect it from dust and contamination.
Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat sources.
